Must live in PA, NJ or DE and be able to commute to Philadelphia, PA Tuesday-Thursday, hybrid schedule
Our client, a Philadelphia based Health Insurance company, is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Data Analyst to join their team immediately. The Technology Delivery Data Analyst will lead the team in the organization of operational processes lending to the efficiency and oversight of all major functions including but not limited to, inventory management, ticket queue management, device service delivery, break-fix delivery and supply/demand management.
Requirements:
- Support Management with the provision of metrics for all processes, lending to the creating of the storyboard for service management operations.
- Oversee and handle escalations related to installation of desktop equipment as well as technical support and guidance to client and system areas.
- Escalate to or consult with other levels of the organization to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure all service operations are documented, current and accurately auditable.
- Perform the suites of the PC tech Analyst as required.
Qualifications:
- Excel skills required: Advanced Charting, Functions, Advanced Formulare, VLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH, Conditional Formatting, PIVOT Tables & PIVOT Reporting, VBA & Macros, Data Tables.
- In- depth knowledge of reporting metrics from Service Now and SCCM.
- PowerShell scripting is a plus
- Ability to coordinate meetings with customers and present ideas in clear and concise fashion.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects of varying size & scope simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
- College degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles and practices.
- Working Knowledge of project management best practices and standards with the ability to communicate and present effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service acumen, tact, analytical and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of standard deployed desktop personal computing technologies, including remote Access Options (DSL/Cable), Laptop and accessory installation configuration and maintenance, Networking Technologies (LAN/WAN) to include installing and supporting a wireless environment.
