Please review the following job description:
Facilitate the audio-visual requirements of executive leadership and coordinate software and hardware to support the seamless execution of video conferences and lives events, while minimizing disruptions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Set up conferencing and meeting connectivity with multiple platforms including Zoom, Webex and Teams
2. Coordinate audio-visual staging, lighting, camera set up and video editing.
3. Handle advanced troubleshooting for mobile device, iOS (iPhone/iPad), Android, Intune, Authenticator, Apps@work, Web@work, Email+, Webex app, Teams app, RSA soft token
4. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
5. Maintain a proactive, positive and efficient attitude at all times to support c-suite executive leaders.
6. Travel ahead of executive leaders to prepare technology meetings and connectivity.
7. Provide white glove service and support
8. Possess a sense of urgency to resolve problems/issues encountered and follow-thru in a professional and timely manner.
9. Navigate ambiguity and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.
10. Punctual, possessing the "sense of urgency" and "sense of ownership".
11. Work well independently and as part of a team and operate self-sufficiently, calling for help when needed.
12. In office 100% with the ability to travel overnight 30% of the time.
13. On call after hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience to include general business management, consulting-type work, or other disciplines related to business management and/or technology.
2. In-depth and broad knowledge within own professional discipline, such as finance, project management, change management, strategy development, etc.
3. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
4. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure.
5. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
6. Executive level communication skills, including negotiation, persuasion and ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective and handle interpersonal issues with tact and diplomacy.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree and 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Experience with multiple conferencing platforms including Zoom, Webex and Teams.
3. Experience with video end points, including planning, building and running of Cisco endpoints, Surface Hubs and MTRs.
4. Administrative experience with Webex Control Hub and Teams admin.
5. Audio visual experience with staging, lighting, running of show, calling the show and camera experience.
6. Experience with A/V equipment such as Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure.
7. PC experience with MS Office products (Outlook and Teams), Webex, Clickshare.
8. Advanced troubleshooting experience with iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android to include advanced troubleshooting skills of Intune, Authenticator, Apps@work, Web@work, Email+, Webex app, Teams app, RSA soft token.
9. Video editing experience with Wirecast.
