*** Experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools is Required ***

The technicians & installers may work in any type of location on client premises. This individual performs maintenance on various types of commercial/industrial garage doors and Loading Docks.

Technician & Installer Job Qualifications: - Valid Driver's License - Must have personal reliable transportation to Lodi, NJ every morning - Experience using tools is required

Technician & Installer Physical Requirements: - Clean drug tests - Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull - Frequently lift up to 80 pounds

A Successful Technician & Installer Will: - Take direction from a lead installer/technician + field supervisor and commercial service manager - Maintain, repair, and install various types of sectional and rolling garage doors as well as Loading Docks - Maintain, repair, and install various electrical components of the entry system (motor, photo eyes, light curtain, loop detector) - Drive flatbed trucks, forklifts, and scissor lifts in a safe manner - Use power tools in a safe manner - Be courteous to commercial customers - Fill out the necessary details for a service ticket - Inspect client site for safety concerns - Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures - May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Technician & Installer Skills & Aptitude: - Ability to maintain a positive attitude - Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect - Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives - Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees - Willingness to be open to learning and growing - Maturity of judgment and behavior - Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance - Attends work and shows up for a scheduled shift on time

- OSHA 30 + SST Card

** If you do not have it, you will be required to get it in 30 days**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
