Form of workHoehn Porsche is looking for a Service Technician to join our winning team! We are a well-established Porsche dealership seeking to expand our service team of technicians.
Summary:
The Service Technician is responsible for identifying necessary vehicle services and performing the repair, service and/or maintenance work.
All candidates must be:

- Able to perform work as outlined on the repair order with efficiency & accuracy, in accordance with dealership and manufacture standards
- Able to manage multiple priorities
- Able to work with little to no supervision
Job requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in the field
- Personal Integrity
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- ASE certification a plus
- Valid California Driver’s License
- Clear driving record
- Clear criminal background
- Clear drug screening

Pay Scale Information: $75,000 to $145,000 is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation, including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick), etc. The hourly rate for this position ranges from $32/hr.-$40/hr. Bonuses range from $10,000 to $75,000 per year based on performance.

The Hoehn family has been in the automobile business since the 1920s. In 1938, T.W. Hoehn was awarded a Chevrolet franchise in Memphis, Tennessee. He passed that dealership to his son, T.W. Hoehn, Jr., when he retired in 1950. T.W. Hoehn, Jr., expanded their Hoehn Chevrolet footprint across the country, adding franchises in St. Louis, Kansas City and Beverly Hills. In 1970 he sold the dealerships and retired to La Jolla. Mr. Hoehn was quickly joined by his sons, Bill and Bob, who continue to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business alongside their children- Ted, Adrienne, Jo Hannah and Susanah.
