Responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
- Provide technical support to clients, both remotely and in person.
- Install and configure software applications and operating systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other technicians to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks.
- Document and track all support activities, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Technician or similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with computer networks and peripherals.
- Proficient in operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
