- Perform technical publication production duties; composition, illustration and technical writing and editing.
- Develop clear written materials to support product development activities.
- Work cross functionally with SME’s to collect product information and specifications.
- Create, develop, update and publish highly accurate and complete product and service documents (e.g- Mainframe Manuals, Chamber Manuals, Procedures and BKM’s).
- Collect and organize technical information and product images and coordinate layouts for publication.
- Develop and author technical documentation adhering to publication processes and style guide.
- Write, structure and publish technical contents using DITA XML.
- Seek technically capable candidates to develop new products technical documentation and update legacy product documentation for semiconductor equipment.
- Source relevant content knowledge from databases, pre-existing documents, tool builds and Subject Matter Experts to create, develop, update, and publish highly accurate, complete, and concise product and service documents on a timely basis.
- Develop and author technical documents while adhering to publication processes and style guides.
- Work with clients Manager to determine scope, deliverables, and schedule of documentation projects.
Requirements:
- Will be required to visit Fab/Clean Room at the site.
- Must have at least 3+ years of work experience as Technical Writer.
- Must have experience in Technical Publishing software tools like DITA XML, Oxygen Editor, Adobe FrameMaker, Madcap Flare, Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, RoboHelp etc.
- Must have experience in Adobe suite tools like Acrobat Pro, FrameMaker etc.
- Must have experience with graphical tools like MS Paint, Notepad++, Inkscape etc.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point).
