The Position:
- We are looking for a responsible and mature individual who is knowledgeable about the mechanics of and has experience working on powersports.
- The Warranty Representative represents our company in each and every interaction and will communicate via phone, e-mail or text with customers, service centers and our internal team. This person needs to think on their feet, be adaptable and creatively solve problems when challenges arise.
- This representative is responsible for taking care of our customers in a timely manner and building relationships to ensure that we exceed their expectations and create long-lasting loyalties. This person needs to be detail-orientated, possess strong communication skills and can multi-task.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle assigned warranty cases working to gather all necessary information including parts needed, proposed labor hours and purchase documentation
- Know and communicate company's policies and process/reject cases according to those policies
- Collaborate with internal departments such as Tech, Parts and Procurement to fulfill warranty orders related to assigned cases
- Keep assigned cases organized and progressing to ensure timely resolution
- Prepare case documentation for review & payment
- Answer customer questions about order statuses, products, service and warranties
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to concerns
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Other duties as requested

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
