Technical Support Representative

As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide Watts' retail customers complex Technical Support to meet or exceed established goals in the Post Sales group.

You Will:

• Deliver service and support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services
• Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware issues
• Set high standards of performance for self; assume responsibility and accountability for completing assignments or tasks; self-imposing standards of excellence rather than having standards imposed.

You Have:

• High school diploma or skills and abilities generally acquired with twelve years of general education.
• 3+ years of experience in a high volume Customer Service department or in a related water industry area. Related experience may be customer service or water purification or a combination of both.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk, talk, and/or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

Work in both office and manufacturing environment. May occasionally be required to perform job duties outside the typical office setting.
