ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as a Technical Support Associate 1 for WyreStorm Technologies Corp, responsibilities include the
following:
Receive, issue and test RMA’s for WyreStorm Technologies
Accept questions or concerns of all WyreStorm customers in the form of calls, E-mails and online chats. To
solve each question or concern in a timely manner using all resources including management and testing
equipment.
Assisting in updating stock inventory when necessary.
Maintaining complete and accurate documentation to coincide with labor and duties preformed.
Assistance in design inquiries from all WyreStorm customers
Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
A one week per month on call is required. Employee will be compensated for this.
