Job Description: Hardware and Software; Setting up new pcs. A/V break/fix; Network printer breakfix; various other hardware and software break/fix; first line trouble shooting phone and network issues.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Windows Vista, XP, Win7, Win10 as well as familiarity with troubleshooting these OSs. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting; network troubleshooting. Imaging computers.
Good communication skills - written and verbal. Will be assisting new user set-ups.
