About the Team
This is an exciting opportunity to join Ridgeline's Sales & Marketing organization as a Technical Solutions Consultant. The Go-to-Market team is a collaborative group of high performers passionate about generating long-term value for customers. This role focuses on net new customers in the asset management industry.
What will you do?
As a Technical Solutions Consultant within the Sales & Marketing organization, you will be the technical voice that bridges the gap between our innovative software solutions and the specific needs of our clients in the investment management industry. You will play a pivotal role in conveying the architectural vision, technical capabilities, and security measures of our solutions to technical decision-makers. Your ability to translate complex technology, particularly in the realm of AI and innovative technologies, into understandable and compelling narratives will be instrumental in driving our success.

• You will serve as the subject matter expert on Ridgeline's technology stack, architecture, and security measures, with a strong focus on innovative technologies like AI.
• You will collaborate with the Sales team to engage with CTOs, Directors of IT, and Security professionals, effectively communicating the value and technical advantages of our solutions.
• You will conduct technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and performance of our software solutions.
• You will work closely with clients to understand their specific technical requirements and challenges, ensuring alignment with our solutions, especially those leveraging AI.
• You will create and maintain technical documentation and whitepapers that highlight the innovative aspects of our technology, particularly AI capabilities.
• You will collaborate with the Sales & Marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral and marketing materials, host webinars, and participate in conferences translating technical features and capabilities, including AI-driven functionalities, into clear, business-oriented benefits that resonate with potential clients.
• You will stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings, to provide insights that inform our product development and marketing strategies.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Technical Solutions Consultant or a similar role within a sales and marketing context.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices, especially in the context of AI and innovative technologies.
• Proficiency in conveying complex technical concepts, particularly those related to cloud, and in a clear and understandable manner.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Passion for innovative technologies, including AI.
• Financial services or investment management industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $193,500 to $226,500 OTE for individuals based in New York and California. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
