What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Solution Delivery Lead, you will:

• Utilize your technical development skills and product knowledge to design, implement and enhance complex Tier 1 enterprise software.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure completion of deliverables and phases throughout the lifecycle of the project.
•  Utilize project management and support tools to document progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
•  Communicate updates and impediments with teammates and managers.
•  Maintain a high level of confidentiality when working with customer information.
• Take on mentorship responsibilities to help develop the technical skill sets and abilities of junior resources.

What We Look For:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Three to five years’ experience in technical consulting or software development with progressive responsibilities
•  Strong SQL knowledge, in addition to JAVA, groovy, and other technical languages
•  Familiarity with warehouse environments and/or operations
•  Technical expertise in requirement definition, systems development, and implementation (as part of a project team)
•  Strong analytical and complex problem-solving ability
•  Passion for mentoring and developing others.
•  Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
•  Demonstrated excellence in presentation and communication skills.
•  Demonstrates ability to work independently based on a strategic plan or under general direction.
•  Must be able to effectively employ contemporary project management tools and serve as team consultant.
•  Strong solution architecture, Technical Solution Delivery, communication and client-facing skills
•  Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment delivering Technical Solutions to clients using.
•  Past experience of delivery enterprise applications
•  Knowledge of various infrastructure components, including servers, storage systems, networking, virtualization, and operating systems
•  Experience with designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions.
•  Leadership and project management skills to lead Solution Delivery initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Role requires up to 30% travel.
