As a Technical Security Analyst you will assist Product Owners to deliver projects and assignments that enhance application functionality and reporting provided by existing corporate and retail reporting platforms. In this role you will partner with key business and technology partners to analyze Security application processes, identify business and operational requirements, assist with version and dot upgrades, assist and prepare user testing, and coordinate solutions for implementation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working closely with retail product owner and Global Security Technology on delivery of retail applications
- Provide operational view into product decisions
- Perform UAT of new releases and sign off
- Socialize changes of applications to all business and technology stake holders
- Collect feedback from all stake holders and teams on inefficiencies/issues with tech, catalog them and raise with product owners. Communicate outcomes to all teams.
- Work closely with peers on new technology deployments and ensure training is delivered ahead of roll out and provide continuous follow-up.
- Ensure employees are provided with the appropriate tools to successfully execute job responsibilities.
- Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with various levels of management
- Ability to effectively work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate sound judgement; determine when to escalate personnel, technology, or process concerns and prioritize based on significance
- Responsible for the communication and delivery of reports to staff, management and key stakeholders.
- Responsible for established quality expectations; ensuring that all employees have the appropriate tools, system access and resources.
- Will act as a subject matter expert with innovation team and participate in various projects to assist and influence outcomes in order to improve workflow, procedures, policies and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of call center operations, technology, product teams and retail or corporate security applications
- Experience managing or leading high level projects or assignments, and setting an example of professionalism in a fast paced environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- 2+ years prior experience with Technical Security or comparable field
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, to include Microsoft Project
- Ability to learn processes and software applications quickly with little guidance
