DUTIES

· Make 100 outbound calls daily to generate new leads

· Schedule up to 20 meetings with clients and closers per month and conduct 10 meetings with a show rate of at least 60%

· Close 2 new Contracts per month

· Find, qualify, and add 5 new vendors to the PITCO Engineering Vendor Base.

· Make 2,000 dials per month

· Manage a pipeline of prospects using company CRM and perform a daily review of leads and lead sources

· Accurately provide information regarding the Business Model of PITCO Engineering and our Executive Leadership

· Ask qualifying questions to determine the client's industry, application, revenue, …etc.

· Document conversations in CRM in a clear, concise manner so fellow Sales Associates can reference

· Utilize role-play opportunities to gain confidence in the sales process

· Communicate PITCO Engineering’s value proposition to all prospects

COMPETENCIES

· Strong ability to talk through common occurrences in industrial engineering setups to all stakeholders

· Ability to meet or exceed sales quota of 100+ outbound calls/day

· Ability to leverage CRM and be accurate in taking notes on clients

· Can memorize the PITCO Engineering sales script without deviating in order to master the conversations

· Ability to explain the PITCO Ecosystem (Engineering Services, R&D in Robotics, Smart Home and AI etc) to a client in a clear manner

· Ability to meet sales targets for specific offers or deals that take priority during the sales cycle (i.e. Shutdown Seasons, Trade Shows, Greenfield ramp-ups)

· Comfortable with consistent follow up and ability to get creative when reaching out to clients (i.e. Call, text, email, video messages, gifts…etc)

· Knowledgeable of the Product and Pricing guide and stay up to date with any changes

· Thorough understanding of different verticals and requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's Degree required; BSEngineering a big plus

· At least 1-2 years of work experience in a sale's specific role with an industrial focus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
