Job Description
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for job order intake to ensure successful new hires and everything in between to ensure success for our clients.
Job Responsibilities :
Job Order Intake → Internal Team Meeting → Recruitment Outreach → Update CRM → Screening → Candidate Presentation → Interview Scheduling → Interview Prep → Interview Debrief → Offer Negotiation → Ensure Successful New Hire → Repeat
Qualifications
Successful Technical Recruiter applicants must the following criteria:
- Must be located in the United States
- Must be able to work on a 100% commission model based on performance
- Must have access to high-speed Internet with a working laptop/desktop and smartphone
- Must understand the tech ecosystem: Software Engineering, Technical Product Management, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Networking, etc.
- Must have experience selling to and interacting with business owners, executives, leaders, tech professionals, and internal people ops.
