Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Technical Projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion within scope, budget, and timeline.

Duties:

Define and document project requirements: The PM is responsible for defining and

documenting the project requirements based on the inputs from the stakeholders and

sponsors.

• Develop a project plan: The PM creates a detailed project plan that outlines the

project scope, timeline, budget, and resources required.

• Assign tasks to team members: The PM assigns tasks to team members and ensures

that they have the necessary resources to complete their work.

• Monitor project progress: The PM monitors the project progress and identifies

potential issues and risks. The PM also develops and implements corrective action

plans to address any issues.

• Report project status: The PM provides regular updates on the project status to the

stakeholders, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.

• Manage project budget: The PM manages the project budget, tracks expenses, and

ensures that the project is completed within budget.

• Ensure quality standards: The PM ensures that the project meets the required quality

standards and that all deliverables are of the highest quality.

• Facilitate communication: The PM facilitates communication among project team

members, stakeholders, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.

• Manage project documentation: The PM manages project documentation and ensures

that all project documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Ensure project closure: The PM ensures that the project is completed and closed out

properly, including finalizing all deliverables, obtaining sign-offs from stakeholders,

and archiving project documentation.

•Database (SQL, Cosmos DB, etc.), management and governance (subscriptions, RBAC, policies, blueprints, etc.)

•Security (Azure Security Center, ATP, Sentinel, etc.)

•Virtualization (AVD, VMware, Nutanix, etc.)

•Monitoring Tools/Management Platforms (Site247, Defender, Logic Monitor, RMM,

Patch Management, Network Services, etc.)

•ITSM (FreshService, ServiceNow)

•Unified Communications (3CX, Teams, Cisco, RingCentral, Contact Center, etc.)

Requirements:

•Solid technical knowledge of cloud, networking, security, and cloud services, with a

good understanding of the underlying technologies and protocols involved.

•Strong experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall,

and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Microsoft

Project.

•Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-

technical audiences, including senior management and clients.

•Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including automation, continuous

integration and delivery, and infrastructure as code.

•Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically,

and to identify and mitigate technical risks and issues.

•Experience with managing Technical Projects involving multiple stakeholders, both

internal and external, and with managing project budgets and timelines.

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical

field. Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Azure are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $134,500.00 per year
