Technical Product Manager, Salesforce
Job Description: Work with PatientPoint's operational and sales teams to implement internal solutions that drive organizational efficiencies through increased business process automation and validation. Work to identify process and data issues, clarify solution requirements, and drive remediation through the development or adoption of novel software solutions. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, determine process capability, prioritize inputs to improve, and determine/measure success of changes made. Document business processes such as Process Maps and Value Stream Maps, both for current state requirements and as part of future state requirements in order to roll out software features and configuration changes to drive operational value. Identify and drive measurable business process outcomes that align with the company's strategic goals. Drive a culture of continuous improvement. Elicit requirements using appropriate techniques such as Personas, User Stories, and/or Story Maps. Document success criteria, business requirements, and detailed functional requirements (including feature level and system level workflows, as appropriate) for any given project and review/provide support to development team to ensure requirements are feasible and fully understood. Collaborate with business partners and the agile team to define, coordinate, and execute Acceptance Testing aligning on business/functional requirements completeness for any given project with key stakeholders. Align with key stakeholders on success criteria and recommended priorities. Understand how to leverage lean development principles to validate MVPs as precursor to greater development investment. Rollout and successful product launch. Create and update customer facing internal support, release notes, and training materials. Create cadence and process to measure success criteria after a feature, capability, or product is launched. Telecommuting is permitted within commutable distance to the office.
Travel: 15% domestic travel, every 6 weeks to Chicago, IL
Job Requirements: Must possess a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer and Information Technology, Engineering Technologies, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a software product management role with at least 3 years working in agile environments. Must also possess experience with (i) modeling tools: Visio, Lucidchart, and Draw.io; (ii) SQL; (iii) BPMN (Business Process Model Notation); and (iv) Salesforce Administration. Must possess 3 years of experience with (i) methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Lean, and SDLC; and (ii) applications such as JIRA, CRM Systems, and Salesforce. Must have Scrum Master Certification and Six Sigma Certification.
