All About Us

The Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Compliance Specialist is responsible for conducting event-based investigations on behalf of Endeavor’s Technical Operations (Tech Ops) Quality department in support of the Tech Ops Continuous Analysis and Surveillance System (CASS).

The preferred location for this position will be Endeavor Air's Corporate Headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota. However, remote work is possible for this position.

All About The Role

  • Conduct timely investigations of technical non-compliance events with Company and Federal Aviation Regulations, produce related evidence, and root cause analysis for use in evaluating and reporting events of non-compliance to senior management.
  • Develop recommendations to enhance safety and compliance based on factual, data-driven, information derived from investigations.
  • Collaborate with other Company departments to develop and implement enhancements to policy/procedure.
  • Conduct other safety and compliance related investigation events, as assigned.
  • Acquire and apply new and innovative approaches and contribute ideas and processes to prepare future changes, while maintaining current success.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports, including performing risk level analysis, for the Tech Ops Quality department.
  • Responsible for administration functions within Company and FAA compliance tracking systems.
  • Provide feedback of events to Tech Ops personnel through Quality Alerts, Maintenance Information Letters, etc., to promote safety and compliance.
  • Computer work, in a typical office environment, subject to critical deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

All About You

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and related experience
  • Prior experience in Part 121 Technical Operations preferred
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and communications (written and verbal) skills
  • Familiar with incident investigation procedures and techniques
  • Familiar with root cause analysis and human factors in the workplace
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Work effectively in a team environment within the department to attain goals and deliver results
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and external authorities
  • Knowledge of Part 121 operations preferred.
  • Airframe and Powerplant Certificate preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
