Description
SAIC has an opportunity for Cyber and IT Service Interns. Internship will require onsite work at a customer site in Washington, DC. May provide some work from home opportunities. The intern provides technical support, either within the company or in support of customer contracts, on assignments using established procedures. Candidates are primarily engaged in the technical or scientific disciplines through the course of college study.
Qualifications
Required Education & Experience
- High School and 1 or more years of college coursework in a technical field.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player.
- Ability to multi-task and support multiple priorities.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. - Strong written and oral communications abilities.
Required Clearance
- US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- Applicants will not be able to start working until they are granted an Interim Secret Personnel Security Clearance by the Department of Defense.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance or higher clearance level.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as: MS Teams - Slack - Zoom.
