The individual selected for this position will support various Industrial Engineering and Continuous Improvement projects including floor layouts design, point of use material implementation, and capacity modelling. |
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Pursuing a technology or engineering degree. All degree and work experience levels are welcome to apply.
- Effective communication (cross shift, written/PowerPoint, and various levels of audiences)
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Lean knowledge (single piece vs batch processing) preferred
- Familiarity with Windows based applications (comfort using computers and interacting with equipment software)
- Mechanical aptitude and CAD experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $47216 - $63752
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
