About the Role:

GMF Enabling Tech Enterprise integration team is looking for a motivated Integration Manager with a strong background in technology and business domains to act as a player/coach as we build our global advisory practice. Individual will work with internal product teams, Enterprise Arch. team, cyber and other key stake holders to implement integration strategies by using unified platform and automated solutions. Should Serve as technical expert in integration architecture for product teams.

• Developing and maintaining an integration architecture blueprint for the organization.
• Lead the team to build the next generation of cloud-enabled integration platform by providing technical expertise throughout the SDLC and cloud delivery lifecycle.
• Lead the integration architectural designs and development using Microservices, Serverless, Asynchronous approach.
• Build out secure integration architecture to interface with a diverse set of systems.
• Accountable for the delivery of architecture and standard integration patterns with a reusable deployable solution
• Develop centralized integration KPIs and other metrics.
• Drive towards industry standards for synchronous and asynchronous integrations
• Evangelize integration tools (Kafka, event hub, cloud native) for design, development, and operationalization.
• Drive improvement in the velocity, scale, and sophistication of integration solutions
• Document the Integration landscape, identifying gaps between current systems and desired end-state; creating a roadmap to deliver end-state vision

What makes you a dream candidate?

• Experience designing, developing, and implementing integration platform solutions including API Gateways, Enterprise Service Bus, event hub.
• Hands on experience in Microservices development and containerized workloads running on Kubernetes.
• Strong working experience in microservices, Serverless, Asynchronous based integration development.
• Experience in managing teams and delivering value based solutions.
• Experience in message modeling, XML, JSON, XSL
• Experience in building cloud-based event hub solutions for integrations using Kafka.
• Experience with Security frameworks (e.g., JWT, OAUTH2)
• Experience in applying modern REST constructs while designing interfaces.
• Experience in leading Integration solutions.
• Experience in Kafka/JMS, Others
• Experience working with Azure and/or AWS cloud services.
• Good knowledge of Integration/API life cycle & Methodology
• Have a good understanding of event driven architectures

Experience

• 10+ years of experience producing deliverables such as technology designs, architecture overviews, design patterns and technology blueprints within an architecture framework.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in solution engineering and development
• 5+ years of experience in leading integration-based solutions.
