We are currently seeking a Technical Business Analyst (Mainframe / Life Insurance) to join our team in Batesville, Indiana (US-IN), United States (US). This is a Hybrid working schedule (2-3 days per week onsite).
Job Requirements:
- 8 years of hands on experience in Life Insurance domain (US insurance preferable)
- 8 years experience in development with Cobol, CICS, DB2/QMF and Mainframe environment.
- Experience participating in development activities and guide the team members.
- Thorough understanding of the SDLC: planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, problem resolution
- Experience working with client, users, Product owner, scrum master and cross teams(Dev, QA, BA) to capture requirement/Stories, provide demo and assist in solution development using Agile methodology.
- Experience in handling digital transformation projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to resolve escalated issues with a sense of urgency.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SQL.
- Proven ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
