Technical/Functional Skills

Experience Required

Technical/Functional Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SnagIt (or similar), and Paint.

Experience using JIRA and Service Now or a similar platform is a plus.

Knowledge of and experience with PowerBi

Experience Required: 5 to 6 years

Roles & Responsibilities: There is a requirement for an excellent senior technical writer who can write high-quality, usable documentation that enables our customers to use IT now platform successfully. If you enjoy solving puzzles and presenting complex, technical information into comprehensive, well-organized, and easy-to-understand documentation, this is the job for you! Technical Writer must have knowledge of Service Now/SharePoint/PPTs and experience working in an agile environment.
