Responsibilities: Work as a liaison between sales, design and production to ensure clear and accurate information on all styles in development / production.
Responsible for the shipment of all development samples to the customer, as well as maintenance and organization of all corresponding details/information.
Duties:
- Responsible for the creation of detailed and accurate bill of materials for both costing and production.
- Maintenance of development WIP shared by cross-functional teams.
- Follow procedures and practices for accurate Tech Pack creation.
- Assist with troubleshooting and providing solutions for any non-conforming events that arise.
- Share ideas for growth and improvement of the Tech/Design/Production Teams.
- Assist Sales & Production in making any technical changes to styles which need to be re-configured to fit costing.
- Shipment and tracking of all samples sent to customer.
- Detailed cataloguing of all fabric, trim, aesthetic details for all samples shipped.
- Maintenance of color cards and color card library.
