POSITION SUMMARY:
1st Tier Mechanical incline role that tears down and cleans up hydraulic pumps, motors, and components. Operates in a lean manufacturing environment, follow standard operating policies and procedures recommended for improvements in the production flow, equipment, and working conditions.

POSITION SUMMARY:
1st Tier Mechanical incline role that tears down and cleans up hydraulic pumps, motors, and components. Operates in a lean manufacturing environment, follow standard operating policies and procedures recommended for improvements in the production flow, equipment, and working conditions.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to disassemble units
- Identify obvious scrap
- Enter quantities into the excel sheet
- Wash parts
- Sand blast parts
- Blacken Parts
- Laser Clean Parts
- Wire Wheel Parts
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATUONS:
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs. consistently with heavier weight necessary at times.
- Attention to detail.
