This is a remote position with potential travel for meetings/collaboration into the FreedomCare hub closest to you.
Department & Position Overview:
Working closely with direct team, clients, caregivers and departments across the business, your goal will be to provide support to Care Coordinators and Team Lead on your direct team and a seamless Customer Service experience to clients you interact with. We value your can-do positive attitude and desire to turn a negative into a positive. You will receive excellent in-house training which will help you develop a thorough understanding of our program. We will nurture your talent and provide continued career development opportunities, from your induction and throughout your career with us.
Every Day You Will:
- Work closely with the Team Lead to tackle daily duties/responsibilities
- Conduct reviews with active clients
- Complete verification of employment forms for caregivers
- Review data for errors and correct information
- Conduct Start-of-Care calls with consumers and caregivers
- Other duties as assigned by leadership
Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Proven exceptional Customer Service
- Poise and patience when dealing with customers
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar position preferred
- Motivation to meet and/or exceed case management targets or metrics
- Excellent written, and verbal skills
- Proficient computer, phone knowledge
- Bilingual in Spanish, or other languages desired
- Adept at multitasking, excellent communication (written and verbal) and organization skills
- Ability to problem solve, conduct compliance reviews
- Adhere to evolving changes within the department

At FreedomCare, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides our employees with the opportunity to professionally grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $16.00 and $20.00 an hour at the commencement of your first year of employment. Compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors which may include, but are not limited to: skill set, years of relevant experience, education, location, and licensure/certifications.
