About Us:

SO CAL TEAM SPORTS is a leading provider of high-quality Sports Uniforms, equipment, and apparel. We take pride in delivering high quality uniform, equipment, and apparel solutions to athletes and teams across Southern California and beyond. We are not a general sporting goods retail store. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Sports Uniform Production Assistant to join our team. This position currently offers part-time employment with the potential for full-time conversion in January 2024 for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities (to include but not limited to):

• Operate and maintain embroidery machines with precision to ensure high-quality Uniform Production.

• Manage heat press operations for uniform customization.

• Receive and check-in incoming product shipments.

• Efficiently manage vendor returns and exchanges.

• Handle pickup and delivery tasks for customers and suppliers.

• Ability to be flexible and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for optimal efficiency.

• Customer service responsibilities: Customer phone calls, in-store customer service, email communication

• Utilize MS Excel and Word for record-keeping and data management.

• Communicate professionally, both in written and oral form.

Qualifications:

• Self-motivated with strong work ethic.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Previous experience in Team Sports Uniform and/ or apparel production is a plus but not required.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Flexibility to work between 25-39 hours per week depending on seasonal demands.
