Job Overview:

We are hiring skilled and reliable Truck Drivers to join our team.

TEAM drivers for OTR position.

No Touch.

Drop & Hook: 85 %

Hometime:

MINIMUM 3 weeks out, 3 days off

For every extra week a driver is out, they get 1 extra day at home, with a max of 7 days at home.

Equipment:

2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner. All automatics.

Utilization Bonus: you will receive a monthly split CPM addition to your base CPM if your team manages to run a certain amount of miles in the month prior. The utilization bonus is paid out for ALL MILES combined as follows:

20,000 – 21,999 - 0.02 0.01

22,000 – 23,999 - 0.06 0.03

24,000 – 25,999 - 0.10 0.05

26,000+ 0.14 0.07

Hazmat: $150 split (or $75 per driver) per hazmat load

Riders and pets Policy: Allowed (with certain restrictions)

Orientation: $100/day (3 days)

Qualifications:

- Valid CDL-A with appropriate endorsements.

- Verifiable T/T experience (minimum 3 months)

-No Serious moving violation

-No Major accident

-Strong communication skills to interact with dispatchers, customers, and team members

- Physical stamina to handle the demands of long hours on the road

-No more than 4 jobs in the last year.
