Job Summary: The Grill Cook is responsible for preparing food items to the standard menu specifications while adhering to all standard recipes and procedures. The Grill Cook will prepare food in a sanitary manner while maintaining the standard recipes and procedures. The Grill Cook will report to the Head Cook and work under the supervision of the Head Chef.

Essential Functions: The essential functions of the position are as follows:

• Prepares food items to the standard menu specifications while adhering to all standard recipes and procedures.
• Monitors food quality and temperature by using a variety of cooking methods, including fryers, ovens, steamers, sautéers, etc.
• Records food information into the prep sheet so it can be recorded by the kitchen staff.
• Cleans and organizes workstation, including cutting boards, tables, etc. before final prep.
• Assist with other departments such as customer service or walk-in customers when necessary.
• Maintains a safe work environment by complying with health code regulations as well as safety regulations. Reports safety concerns to management.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
