Wonder Press is a 100% organic cold-pressed juice & coffee shop with two locations: Boulder - Pearl St., and Longmont - Francis St. We are a customer-first, 100% organic cold-pressed juice shop and cafe centered around health, wellness and community nourishment.

We are looking for Team Members and baristas of all kinds! Looking for health-oriented, communicative team-members with an ownership mindset. The ideal candidate would be hungry for anopportunity in the wellness and cafe space, have the ability to connect with employees and guests, and offer a level of charisma and passion for working amongst a team.

You must have flexible availability (mornings, weekends, etc).

We are open 7am-6pm. Shifts can be morning, afternoon or all day, depending on employee preference.

Pay = $18-$23/hr including tips.

Necessary Skill sets:

• Communication
• Attention to detail & high standards - noticing when things need attending to. Trash full? Tables dirty?
• Friendly, can-do attitude
• A love of productivity, multi-tasking, checking things off of lists, working with your hands, brightening customer’s day, and working on a team.
• Reliable and punctual

Work includes:

• Working alongside Team Members to provide the best guest experience
• Making smoothies and toast
• Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages
• Washing dishes and bottles
• Learning to stock our kitchen, juice case and walk-in
• Overall maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen and cafe

Baristas:

• Barista experience in a craft coffee environment is preferred, but we are also willing to train the right person
• As a Wonder Barista you will be responsible for both making coffee bar drinks and helping guests at our register. This means giving outstanding service and understanding our full menu (juice, smoothies, broth, toast, etc) in order to educate guests and help them make decisions
• Our barista team is TALENTED, KIND, PASSIONATE, HARD-WORKING and PROUD to serve our customer's unique drinks that can’t be found at other coffee shops. What sets Wonder’s Coffee Bar apart from other cafes in Boulder is our use of organic house-made nut milks and our health promoting-beverages that utilize various superfoods like matcha, turmeric, medicinal mushrooms, raw cacao, fresh ginger and dandelion root
