Customer Service Representative – Greeley
Job Description
We are looking to hire full-time customer service representatives for a busy, fast paced work environment in the building materials industry. This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between the customer and the Company. You will be responsible for providing effective customer service by using in-depth knowledge of company products as well as communicating effectively with all team members within the Company. Must be a detailed and quick learner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all walk-in customers
- Handle all customer questions and concerns
- Phone system etiquette
- Perform basic quotes for metal siding and roofing
- Enter orders into QuickBooks
- Positively contribute a good team environment

7am - 4pm M-F
