Team Member/Customer Service

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Duties:
- Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with cash registers or POS systems is a plus
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
- Proficient in basic math calculations
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $19.91 - $23.98 per hour
