Team Member/Customer Service

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, taking orders, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and food safety guidelines
- Process transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of orders
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Promote sales by suggesting add-ons or special promotions

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the restaurant or food industry
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and diplomacy
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.35 - $22.66 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
