Responsibilities: We are looking for purpose-driven Team Membersto become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
Qualifications: - Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Performs opening and/or closing duties.
- Performs store checklist tasks.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests, Team Members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
- At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.
