Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, fast service to customers, ensuring an excellent experience with every visit.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and baked goods, maintaining Dunkin's standards of quality and freshness.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in both guest and work areas.
• Understand and communicate knowledgeably about the menu, including seasonal or promotional items.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and handle cash transactions.
• Assist in the stocking and organization of products and supplies.
• Adhere to safety and compliance standards set by both Dunkin' and ZSC Enterprises.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary! As long as you have a great attitude, we'll teach you what you need to know!
• A passion for guest service and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work well in a team and have a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
