Job description

Specifically looking for a day time prep person.
Our kitchen-first Team Members help lead our stores by preparing the recipes that have won us so many local and national awards over the years. You will earn generous compensation while honing all facets of your kitchen mastery. Our BOH Team Members have the option to work FOH shifts as well. These positions also come with the opportunity to become a shift leader and to join our management training program.

• Help prep over 50 recipes from scratch weekly
• Help ensure our guests enjoy the absolute best tasting food

The Shift Manager helps direct the daily operations of the rapidly growing, nationally renowned, local fast-casual restaurant that is Capital Tacos in Brandon.

Specific responsibilities include: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required.

Pay Range is $13 to $16 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• A people person who genuinely enjoys working with others
• A guest-service mentality. Someone who enjoys helping and serving others.
• A team player with effective communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
• Able to multitask

Previous restaurant shift management experience a must for this position.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, grilling meats, and assembling dishes
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Proficiency in using the Aloha POS system for order processing
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
