Team Member Position Overview:

*Deliver unparalleled hospitality to our guests *Train and serve in designated roles including customer service, food prep, prepare recipes, cashier, cleanliness, supply pickup/shopping, marketing and promotions *Consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right smoothie, shake and/or juice to help them reach their health and fitness goals. *Support fellow Team Members *Make custom-blended drinks *“FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our nutritional supplements and add- ins *Providing guests with information regarding our products *Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business

Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements:

*Live our company values of Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect & Teamwork *Energetic, Positive, Friendly and Dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness *Strong interpersonal and customer service skills *Food Service experience preferred but not required * Commission Sales experience helpful *Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests *Genuine care and understanding for people's needs *Prior retail sales experience in the Nutrition/Fitness Industry is a PLUS! *Must be at least 16 years old  Must have reliable transportation

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $8.00 - $10.00/hour.
