Team Member - Opening Shift

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Golden Spoon family as the opening Team Member, Monday through Wednesday. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our customers. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing and serving our delicious frozen yogurt, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Duties:

• Wash and sanitize machines to industry standards.
• Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, positive experience.
• Take customer orders and offer suggestions based on preferences.
• Fulfill in-person customer orders, as well as online orders.
• Provide information about available flavors, toppings, and special promotions.
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash register and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the serving area and dining space.
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices. CA Food Handler's certification is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
