Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Team Members with experience in Noodle Pulling and a passion for bubble tea to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling and preparing fresh noodles, as well as providing excellent customer service. Preferred candidates will have prior experience in Noodle Pulling, with a keen interest in bubble tea preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

Pull and prepare fresh noodles according to established recipes and customer preferences

Assist with other kitchen duties, including food preparation and cooking, as needed

Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

Operate cash register and handle customer transactions accurately

Prepare and serve bubble tea beverages, ensuring quality and consistency

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas

Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for guests

Requirements:

Previous experience in Noodle Pulling is required

Strong knowledge of noodle preparation techniques and Asian cuisine

Preferred experience in bubble tea preparation

Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and interact with guests in a friendly manner

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask as needed

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
