- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Assist customers with their needs and inquiries
- Sanitate work areas and maintain cleanliness standards
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions
- Handle food and beverage orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Promote sales and upsell products to increase revenue
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service to customers
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and handle food in a safe manner
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to help and assist customers in a professional manner
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred, but not required
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and inventory management
- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
