We are searching for In-Store Team Members with personality and people skills who take pride in their work. As part of our crew, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing pizzas and other food items
- Cutting, boxing, and organizing food items at the oven
- Assisting customers at the counter and over the phone
- Processing credit card and cash payments
- Stocking ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
- Cleaning equipment and work area / utensils daily.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay is $15/hr. Increases in starting pay DOE (specifically relevant pizza or kitchen experience)
- Quarterly opportunities for pay raises depending on performance evaluation results
- Full time employees are eligible for health / dental / vision / life insurance benefits after 6 months
- Free employee meals on all shifts longer than 5 hours and discounts on food items when not on shift

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Must be able to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
