Team Member / Front Desk

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support
• Handle communication with clients
• Digitally file documents and correspondence
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Record and store client information

​Qualifications:

• Reside in north Dade or south Broward a must
• 7 Years experience working in office environment a must
• Ability to prioritize and multitask a must
• Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office a must
• Proficiency in English a must
• Deadline and detail-oriented a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
