Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food preparation and storage areas are clean and organized
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintain inventory of food items and notify supervisor of any shortages
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a professional setting preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality, & culinary techniques prefered
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
