Team Member - Bobarista At R&B Tea Sugarland

R&B Tea in Sugar Land, TX is looking for one Team Member - bobarista to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 3607 Highway 6. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the culture, value, and missions of R&B Tea.
• Provides excellent customer service to all our guests.
• Able to work under pressure and always maintain a calm demeanor.
• Maintains the shop's upkeep: wiping down tables, chairs, counters, walls, fixtures and drink equipment.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customer for cues.
• Standard back-bar kitchen duties: cleaning equipment, mopping, taking out trash and restroom maintenance.
• Someone who always arrives at their shift on time ready to work and maintains a consistent attendance.
• Able to work flexible hours that include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and possible holidays. Special events as they occur.
• Be able to multi-task and perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Other duties that may be assign by the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age.
• Have reliable transportation.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $8.00 - $10.00/hour.
