Team Member

Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various duties including cash handling, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness in the restaurant.

Duties:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate the POS system (Point of Sale) to process transactions
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow all food safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
