g For:* We are looking for a hard-working, customer-oriented Team Member who is eager to provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following qualities. *A Customer-Oriented Team Member:* ·Has a positive, customer service attitude ·Is a self-starter who takes initiative ·Prioritize and meet goals within a time frame ·Demonstrate the following skills: communication, problem solving, decision making, decision making process, problem solving, teamwork and ownership. ·Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi-task. ·Must be reliable and have reliable transportation to get to work daily. ·Must be willing to work weekends when needed. ·Has strong customer service skills and is highly organized. ·Has strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment. ·Has strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and co-workers. ·Has strong computer skills to manage company inventory online. ·Has excellent communication skills to communicate with customers and co-workers. *Education*: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. * Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only) *Work Experiences:* * Previous related work experience preferred. * Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred. (Cashier Only) * In-direct support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and expected sales targets. (Cashier Only) * 4+ years of personal experience with the outdoors hobbies, interests and skill sets; fishing and hunting experience preferred. (Outdoor Enthusiast Only) * CPR and First Responder certification is a plus. (Asset Protection Team Member Only) * Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus.
