Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting and interacting with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with fellow Team Members to achieve common goals and ensure efficient operations.
Continuously learn and develop new skills through coaching, training, and feedback from supervisors and peers.
Participate in team-building activities and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and fun work environment.
Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications & Skills:
No prior experience is required; however, experience in customer service, food service, or retail is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for interacting with others.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, grow, and accept constructive feedback.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
