We provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students! We are looking to grow our team with instructors who are eager to learn and have a passion for helping children grow and succeed!
We offer Swim Instructors:
- Competitive Pay: Average pay rate of $15 to$17 upon completion of training
- Consistent Schedules: We offer both part time and full time opportunities with consistent schedules so employees can plan and balance their time away from work.

We offer our Swim Instructors training for everything you will need to teach great lessons. The skills you will need to bring are:
- Previous swimming experience not required
- Enjoys having fun
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
- Must pass a background check
- Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
