Ultimate Shine Car Wash is hiring Great People! We currently operate 21 sites in Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio with plans to double in size by the end of 2023. With this type of growth comes limitless job opportunities! On average, crew members earn $12-$17+/hr with base rate and commission!

As A Team Member You Will:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a WOW experience for the consumer
• Demonstrate knowledge of each of the wash packages Ultimate Shine offers
• Explain and offer Unlimited Plan and the Rewards Club programs to customers
• Properly utilize car wash equipment and support customers in operating equipment
• Clean and perform general upkeep/maintenance of the grounds, facilities, and equipment
• Follow all Ultimate Shine Wash rules, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For:

· A team Player with a strong work ethic that’s contagious

• Ability to display excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in a fast-moving environment
• Flexible availability to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Be able lift 50 lbs.
