Team Member

Introduction:

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Team Member to join our team and provide excellent service to our customers. You will be responsible for processing transactions, handling cash and credit card payments, and providing a high level of customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments accurately

• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and assisting customers with their purchases

• Maintain a clean and organized work area such as dishes, equipment , tables etc.

• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a customer service role

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
